Carla, the CEO, is a culinary maestro, infusing passion and creativity into every dish she crafts, ensuring our catering leaves a memorable mark on every event. Patrick, the CFO, complements her with his financial expertise and strategic planning, guaranteeing exceptional yet affordable services. Their combined love for food, family, and community has shaped Sweet Potato Jones into more than just a catering company—it's a provider of unforgettable experiences."
Chef Amber
Chef Amber is a private chef and owner of culinary brand “Lowkey Gourmet”. Chef was born and raised in Charlotte, NC. She graduated from Oakwood University in Huntsville, AL with a Bachelors of Science in Fitness and Wellness with a Nutrition Minor. After graduation she then attended Central Piedmont Community College where she graduated with an Associates degree in Applied Science from the Culinary Arts Program. Growing up Amber heavily watched her mother and both grandmothers cook for any and everyone. It was the instant gratification on everyone’s faces that made her want to make this her career. Chef is officially serving up Charlotte's most fashionable soul food, lowkey gourmet style!
